Grangetown is the biggest community of this sort (i lived there over 20years) Aldi near Asda have a big range also. there is a shop on corporation road just down from the traffic lights on penarth road it is on the left, last time i was there it was painted blue but that was nearly a year ago.

Try looking in Grangetown. Loads of Asian and ethnic stores there. Or on City Road..
Asda is alright. Tesco is shite.
